What Is Customer Satisfaction?
Discover what goes into a customer satisfaction score.
After collecting all the data from your customers, we aggregate it into a customer satisfaction score, expressed in a percentage. We use a rating scale based on one to five, five being the highest. Your customer satisfaction score is the percentage of 4s and 5s you received from customers, based on the question, “Please rate how likely you would be to recommend [FACILITY] to someone else.”
