Creating and Assigning a Task
Create a task on a report, so you don’t miss resolving any problems.
My.Pinnacle allows you to create tasks in the discussion area for reports. By creating tasks, you can increase accountability and make sure follow up happens.
Click on the Add your input... text box at the bottom of the discussion. Type message.
If you want a specific person to complete the task, tag the user by including the @ symbol before their name.
Note: You can only tag people who have access to the report. If you need to add someone to the report, let your administrator know.
Check comment is a task box.
Click Add Your Comment.
An email notification will go out to those in the discussion.
The person who completes the task can click on resolve task and add notes about what they did.
